Congratulations to Katie Braden for earning 11th place in the Texas FFA State Public Speaking contest! Over 100 speakers competed today across all categories! A huge accomplishment to be able to compete at this level!
Our senior class was asked how they wanted to spend their class funds. They could either split the money amongst themselves or donate it to a good cause. Without hesitation, the class felt called to support Gordon ISD. We’re so proud of these Bearkats and their generous hearts!

Final day in DC!...been a great week! Pentagon 9/11, Jefferson, MLK, and FDR memorials and shopping and lunch in Old Town Alexandria! Then back to God's Country!...GC America!

If your student purchased their computer please note that we have identified a small subset of computers that did not release properly from our management software. (less than 10 of the over 200 we released). These can be identified by a white sticker on the lid that says released from MDM. You will also know as you will not be able to connect to your home wifi.
There is a very easy fix as we just need to run them through the release process one more time. Please visit the school today or after 1pm tomorrow. Additionally we will be available M-T from 9-4 beginning June 2nd.
