Varsity Tennis Day 1: The Varsity 🎾 team competed in the District 8-1A tournament today. Here are some of the results (more to come this week):

3rd Place Mixed Doubles: Owen Seidenberger and Elissa Colunga🥉
Our other Boys Doubles (Christopher Dyer/Skyler Garcia) will defend their 2nd place in a playback on Wednesday morning @ 9 am in GC vs Borden County.
Our Boys Singles (Carson Goodwin and Blake Stewart) will meet in a playback tomorrow after school to see who moves on to the Regional Tournament next Monday.

Boys & Girls District Golf Champs!
The golf teams competed at Ratliff Ranch in Odessa. The girls won the district tournament with a 407. Rylee Wood is the District Champion medalist, Briana Halfmann won 3rd, Shelby Braden 4th, Kara Roberts 6th, and Amber Schwartz 8th. The boys won the district championship with a 408. Walton Marshall won 2nd, Brock Braden 4th, Brody Hoelscher 6th, Evan Fuchs 7th, Blain Walts 13th, and Mason Halfmann 14th. Great job Kats!

Glasscock County FFA represented well yesterday as 17 students competed in 5 different contests at the West Texas A&M CDE Invitational. Over 3,500 students from across the U.S. competed in 19 contests.
The Farm Business Management consisting of Weston Jost, Christopher Dyer (2nd Ind.), and Blake Stewart (3rd Ind.) won the contest!
